Build production full-stack systems that power internal workflows, platform capabilities, and AI-powered products. This remote, full-time opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career engineers who want to grow into end-to-end ownership while collaborating with experienced engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of full-stack systems that support critical internal workflows and platform capabilities.
• Build maintainable backend services and APIs, applying scalable engineering practices.
• Create high-quality frontend interfaces for internal teams and end users.
• Support data modeling, schema design, database optimization, and query performance work.
• Partner with product, operations, and design teams to deliver reliable production features.
• Improve engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and build resilient, observable systems.
• Develop sound judgment around tradeoffs among speed, scalability, and maintainability.

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates welcome.
• Internship, co-op, research, or meaningful personal or project experience building software applications.
• Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript fundamentals.
• Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks, Node.js, RESTful APIs, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, data modeling, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, attention to detail, growth mindset, and enthusiasm for a fast-moving engineering environment.

• Internship or professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD; deployment pipelines; or DevOps fundamentals.
• Exposure to microservices, serverless, or event-driven architectures.
• Interest in AI-powered products, workflow automation, or data-intensive applications.
• Experience with team projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or startup environments.

• Remote, full-time role.

• The listing identifies a compensation range of $180, 000 to $250, 000 per year.
• A compensation notice states a national base-salary range of $110, 000 to $150, 000 USD for this full-time position.
